Hello guys, I am following this forum from long time. And the amount of help i got is unbelievable. I will be applying for my study permit in this week. But a big confusion is there. In the general check list the family information form is the one which is IMM5645 . On the Other hand, if i select my country Bangladesh in CIC website, the family information form mentioned IMM5707. I have filled up the both forms. But don't know which one to submit. Most of the student i know submitted IMM5645 . But in the website for Bangladesh it's particularly written IMM5707.
