i have 40 backlog so Can i apply for Canada
I have failed in 20 subjects and I had many attempt to clear those so it's becomes 40
I want to study in PG diploma there
Any college give me i20(admission letter)
If they give so is there chance for rejection in visa process ???

What can I do for this ???

It will be very difficult given the number of backlogs you have. It makes it look like you are not a genuine or serious student. I would recommend you complete additional schooling in your home country and achieve higher marks before applying to study in Canada.
