hello.

I am kind of confused by wording on the form.

Application to sponsor and undertaking form IMM 1344

sponsor eligibility assessment.
question 3.
Are you sponsoring a member of the family class or a member of the spouse or common-law partnet in canada class?

My husband sponsor me, will apply outland.

I know it should answer YES.

what makes me confused is that he does not sponsor anyone but me.
and does canada class means inland application?
so answer would be NO!!??

please help me to understand the question

The question is this;

Are you sponsoring

(a) a member of the Family Class, OR
(b) a member of the spouse or common-law partner in Canada class

So, (b) does not apply to you because you are legally married and applying outland.

Your husband is sponsoring you. As his spouse you are a member of the Family Class. Therefore (a) is applicable and he should answer the question "Yes".
