Help me to solve this Jigsaw Puzzle

Hi every one,
I am from Karachi and wants to apply for PR in Canada as a skilled worker (currently I am doing job as well). From couple of weeks I am trying to figure out what is the procedure and how to get it to be started, but I ended up in so much information but as jigsaw puzzle.
can any one tell me (generally) which procedure to be start earlier or (in order).
From attestation of documents (IQAS,WES,ICAS etc) to finding a job

I have already attested my educational documents from HEC and IBCC.

Emigrating to Canada has become quite a puzzle for me as well. On advertisements it sounds nice and easy but it's kind of difficult getting there. A have a cousin who emigrated to Canada around 10 years ago and it has been several months ago that he finally managed to get on his feet. Fair to mention, he was given a place to live and a job but the house was empty with n furniture and the job poorly paid. Not to mention that going there without a family and over 40 years old is not an option, unless being homeless suits you.
