hi,
(1)for fsw part time job with study is used as a job experience?

(2) if qualification is more like degree in electrical and person having experience in electrician then this will suspect to the enquiry from visa team how any body can do a job below his qualification?

(3) if part time job with study will worth then give me the sample of reference letter for part time job?

1) yes but you have to calculate the part time work's equivalence in full time. 1950 hours is the amount of time worked as a full time person per year.

2) In the current economy, many people are under employed.

3) your employer should know what to write.
It should have your salary, your title, your responsibilities, the period of employment and the average hours worked (maybe per month or per week, etc).

It should also mention the language of work if it was in english.
