1.) for the supplementary travels, i just travel from back home to work, so do i have do list this travel on the form?

You have to answer the travels you have made....between the countries.

you need to mention all trips outside of your country of origin and your country
of residence.
NOT 'travels' to work, if you had to leave your country of origin or residence, then yes - you need
to list that trip.

Sorry if i didn't deliver my question right.
Anyway, tnx for the replies.
Actually I am already done with my forms and
all the supporting documents of my application for
CEC. It's just that my friend said to me that
the supplementary travels that I made is wrong
because I put all my travels from backhome to Canada.
Because i never went into other places other than that, like going backhome
for vacation and then going back to Canada for work

If you haven't went to any other other countries other then your home country and Canada, then just check the box did not travel. You should be good
