Help me out , eligible for student Visa?

I would like to know my chances to get the student visa, I have applied to memorial University (bachelor of science , computer science major) ,and think I will get accepted.
background:
-Graduated from high school in 2010
-1 year in electric engineer in my country , I'm not planning to say this in my application, should I?the same year I took various English courses.
-Financial status: My parents are owners of a small hospital, some land properties banck actions, but their bank account change from month to month due to equipment addition , medicine stocks , etc. however they can support me entirely.
So im planning to get a Loan in my country to demonstrate sufficient founds, a loan of $80,000 .
My main concern is that im only 18 years old, and dont have any ties to my country , despite the lands , heritage.

Any advices?

You stand very good chances of getting the visa basing on your back ground.
Because of your age i dont think you would have a lot of problems with home ties-the business you have is enough home ties for you.

They can simply list you as one of the directors of the business.

In your application display all the properties you have.

Just clear ielts with 6.5 band i m sure u will get visa.all the best.
