Help me ... my applications got reject due to didn't submit IMM5406

Anyone ...please help me
my application got rejected and I have received my application today. They highlight that I didn't submit IMM5406

So my question is when I re-submit my application again I just need to add IMM5406 in my package or the application that they have already marked that I will need to re-print those again as well ?

Please help me ..... :'(

You have to treat the new application like a NEW application, which means all the forms and documents need to be up-to-date and the application has to be complete when you send it.

Could you please make us clear that whether you received any mail from CIC before receiving your documents back? If yes, then could you please share the timeline of that mail and document delivery? Plz do share.

IM sorry to hear abt the returned application ... but im curious about ur NOC code: 6311, it does not show under the 50 categories. what am i missing here?

He stated that his category is FSW2(Arranged Employment), therefore, his NOC just has to fall under Skill level O, A or B, it does not have to be under the 50 categories.

I'm so sorry to hear about your returned application. I agree with namaste; you have to ensure that you have all the updated forms. You also may have to get updated reference letters, but this depends on the dates they were written. In my opinion, if the date was just before October 31, then I think you can resend it without updating it, but if your boss is willing to update, then get it updated and re-send your application ASAP.
I wish all will work out for you, and you will be able to look back one day and smile at this minor set back.

Hi ... my application arrived to CIC on Oct. 31st, 2014 and I received the application returned package on either Dec. 18 or 19, so I assumed CIC sent them out about 5 days ago before I received them. Therefore I am sure they have done the Completeness check for all Oct. applicants.

I'm so sorry to hear about your returned application. I agree with namaste; you have to ensure that you have all the updated forms. Thank you DoubleS I just hope I was more careful at the first time I sent out my application .... cos I could not believe myself either by left out IMM5406, that piece of paper is definitely not difficult to complete it and my application got return because of that stupid piece of paper ....but the only lucky thing is I am currently in Canada so it gives me the last shot to resend the application before the end of Dec.
I just hope I am luckier for this 2nd time .... and yes I did update all of the forms that needs to be update....

Just make sure this time you check and then double check. Place your documents in the sequence of the document checklist, that way hopefully nothing will be missed this time around.

he is living in CANADA right now and his physical address is canadian so it does not take more than 4-5 days to reeive the parcel sent through canada mail
