Hi Everyone,

Tis is my first post a good friend told me to join this site.
Basically my situation is, me and my Finance would love to move to Canada.
We have money saved from the sale of our house in the UK, but really want to move to Canada.
We have two children together and want a better life for them.

I tried the express entry online test a few times but seem to fall at the last hurdle.

Education seems to be the falling everytime.
We have both finished high school with g.c.s.e level grades.

My missus has also been to college and is both a dental nurse and assistant practice manger.
As for my self I worked my way up a company and am regional business development manager.

Is there a way for us.

Many of Canada's immigration programs do require a post secondary school education or give a significant advantage to those with post secondary education. For example, you can still apply for Express Entry - but you'll lose significant education points - which means it will be more difficult to be selected out of the pool against other candidates. There's really no short cut to researching Canada's immigration programs in detail to find out which program is best suited to you. You can find this detailed information here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/index.asp

If you're really not comfortable doing this research yourself or don't have the time - the best option is to hire an immigration consultant or lawyer to assist you.

Good luck.

Edit - I just re-read and saw that your wife complete a college diploma/degree. If so, you need to try applying for EE with her as the primary applicant. Before she applies, she will need to take a language course and also have her education formally assessed. She can't set up an EE profile until she completes these activities.
