Hi guys I am trying to write the letter of explanation, but don't understand in what format I should write and what are the thing needes to and don't needs to include, can somebody please provide a sample or a wording of the letter, so I can get some idea.

Hi, because each person's letter has 'Personal Information' and outlines different issues specific to their application, I doubt that anyone will share their letter with you.
