Help! I made a payment to IRCC but I didn’t get any confirmation mail or receipts

Help! I submitted my application and made payment but didn’t get any confirmation message from IRCC about the payment and the application. How do I go about this please I’ll really appreciate your insight

The payment through eservices.cic.gc.ca usually requires login.
Login your account there and check ‘View all receipts’.

Try putting https:// before the link address when you type it in your web browser.

Am not sure about the website you used for the payment but I have used this for the payments for study permit extension, pgwp and pgwp extension.

Try another browser. I have tried both Safari and Chrome without any problem.
