Help- How can I resubmit a document? Plus…

Hello- I’m trying to renew my PR card & must do it this week. I need to resubmit the proof of residency, since I didn’t know that both pieces, had to be combined on one upload. I don’t see a way to delete what i uploaded and start over. furthermore, every time I go on, it seems like I have to redo my time outside of Canada chart that I’ve spent so much time filling in. Why is it such a poor system that it doesn’t save that information?? it’s so frustrating! Any help appreciated!

What would happen if you don't combined on one upload?

You can upload other necessary files with the option "other"
I choose other if there are two documents required. I have no idea whether it is ok, however, this is what I did. Hope it will help you

It might be the problem of your browse. Mine will be automatically save all the information when I input.
I submitted the application just now.

There's a "delete" button near the file, you can click it and reupload the files.

i don’t see it, but maybe the problem is that i’m using my ipad.
