Help: GU Status Came Back to Submitted Again, What does it Mean?

Hi all,

This morning I saw my case status was Application/ profile updated, so some ppl said that it might mean GU, and that the PPR is on the way.

However, when I check it back again, it shows "submitted" as usual.

I was wondering if anyone have seen this situation before and what exactly does this mean? my AOR is 10.25.2019
