Help. Got study permit approved but no corresponse letter

Hi guys,

I was originally traveling visa and came to Canada. I applied for study permit within Canada. When I checked online, it was saying that my application was approved. Checked your messages below for details. But there is no new message in my message box for 2 day already.

I was wondering how can I get the study visa and study permit. Because I am already in Canada, do I need to go to the boarder? Is the boarder closed due to Covid-19?

I applied on July 22, received medical exam request in July 24. Passed medical test in Aug 2. Final decision was made on Aug 5. Please note that the whole process was within Canada.
