I am new to this forum. My brother would like to immigrate. He is software developer and has 8 years of experience in same field. I am permanent resident. I am wondering if its fast to apply under any provincial nominee program or federal skilled worker category. Can I sponsor him under any category? Your help is greatly appreciated.

Im in the process of collating my work experience letters for my FSW application, need to understand if the work role and responsibility letters are required in current or latest dates as most of my known managers in respective companies have left those companies and so does the HR person as its been like more than 5 years I left those companies. Would backdated letters (as in when I left those companies) be acceptable? Also what if the reference manager is no longer associated with the same company as of today.
