Hi everyone, i am from GAZA holding a temporary Jordanian Passport and my wife has an Egyptian travelling document for Palestinian refugees, i am inside Canada and came by tourist visa, now and i am planning to submit for refugee claimant, can anyone help answering the following questions please:
1- how strong is my case and will it be accepted knowing that we are currently live and work inside Saudi Arabia
2- what is the approximated time till i receive a positive decision
3- how long it will take till i grant the PR
4- if i submit for a work permit, how long it will take till i get the approval to work
5- i am an electrical engineer and my Bachelor degree already equivalent by WES to 4 years Canadian engineering, will it be easy to work as an engineer
6- can i work in any profession after i submit the work permit or i have to wait till i receive the approval
please anyone if can share their experience and have been in similar condition
