help for IMM 0008 generic form

is anyone here knows to open the form IMM 0008? i have a hard time to do it.... the form is not visible although i already downloaded the newest version of adobe reader.

If you're using a Mac, most likely it's because even if you have the latest version of Acrobat reader, it still opens it as "preview" - and it doesn't load...
Instead, try to right-click on the document, and click "open with Acrobat", it should solve the problem.
Other than that - I don't know!
