Hi all, I submitted my application a while ago, on Feb 15 I received a request letter for IMM5406 additional family information. It says this form MUST be uploaded by Feb 22 but I couldn't open the letter until Feb 23. It turns out Chrome can't open this letter but Safari can. I submitted my form in the morning of Feb 23 right after I could access the letter. But today I got a letter saying my application is canceled because the form was not uploaded before Feb 22. 
I also contacted IRCC via web form on Feb 16 to report this technical issue, would they reconsider my application given this situation? Or the only way out now is to create a new EE profile?
