yes u need to submit marksheets(notariazed) if under general u r applying

You need to submit your marksheets. 10th - Marksheet & Passing certificate, 12th - Marksheet & Passing certificate & every marksheet of your graduation, including passing certificate. Please ask specific questions so that others can help you.

1. It says 'most recent'! If you are a graduate, then submit your graduation marksheet.
2. Since, it also says 'Other educational certificates diplomas/degrees (including mark sheets)' , it's quite a vague statement and you may have to submit your school mark sheets too! Under University, it's just the most recent. Since, your category is general, documents required are a little more.

If you are submitting through VAC , then follow the list given in this link--

OK.I'll explain! The checklist you are seeing currently (IMM5483- is a checklist provided by CIC and use this if you are NOT SUBMITTING THROUGH VAC. VAC has a separate checklist which has a separate section on the list of 'strongly recommended documents' apart from the one which CIC mentions. The person at VAC told me tht I could remove the CHECKLIST form IMM5483 and put their checklist instead(the link i have given you).

Again, here
1.CIC says you notorize the documents.
2.When i asked VAC,all they said was notorization is needed only if your marksheets/transcripts/degrees ARE NOT IN ENGLISH OR FRENCH. I took an assurance from her and have submitted non-certified transcripts. There's no harm in attesting them. I had called up VAC Customer care Mumbai no to confirm the same. But yes,do submit the strongly recommended docs if they apply to you.

Yes you need to submit all of your markseets. You can send original or the notarized ones
