My wife stopped getting her child tax because Canadian tax asked for my income, although i'm applying from outside of Canada
I don't work in a Canada and Although she's married i'm not supporting her financially
what can we do? anyone experienced that?

CRA looks at family income to calculate benefits. It doesn't matter if you aren't in Canada.

Have a look here http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/bnfts/cctb/clcltyrcctb-eng.html

Your marital status affects how your benefits are calculated. If your marital status changes, you need to tell us before the end of the month after the month your status changed. For example, if your marital status changed in August, tell us about the change by the end of September.

She will need to send in a statement of world income http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/E/pbg/tf/5013-sa/README.html once this is sent in they will recalculate to the tax benefit.

Yes agree with statement or she can also just write a letter date and sign with husbands name and fax it. I've had to do it 2 years in a row and this would have been advised by CRA before they stop the payments.

Thank you! can anyone explain what this means? each line

Income from sources outside Canada
Net employment income 6
Net pension income + 7
Net interest and other investment income + 8
Taxable capital gains + 9
Net rental income + 10
Net business income + 11
Other foreign-source income (specify): + 12
Add lines 6 to 12. = + 13
Add lines 5 and 13. This is your net world income. 167 = 14
15
Enter the total of the amounts on lines 248 to 256 of your return that apply only to your Canadian-source
employment and business income and taxable capital gains from disposing of taxable Canadian property. –
Line 14 minus line 15 (if negative, enter "0")
