Hi my application: send to Missisagua 10th july 2014, , SA 4th september , 7th january request for PPR, RPRF and personal history from 1999 till 2004 ( since my 18 birthday). Everything ok, but when I prepare my personal history I've just relized that i do not included my vacationing ( 3 times- 2004, 2006, 2008 in England) and one school (in 2000- 1 year school- part time) so I've include everything now and sent a "new" personal history and new schudele A to Warsaw,
it will be ok with my application, ? can they refusal my application? I am so stressed now . ??? ???

It might be delayed briefly, but shouldn't be a problem at the end. Send it off as soon as possible. Also, for your vacation in England, were they just a week or two vacation? If so you don't need to include that specifically in your personal history. If it falls under your time as a student, just leave it as that.

Thanks for your replay :)
the vacation was :
in 2004 -10 days
in 2006 4 months ( I was on my parental leave)
in 2008- 10 days
I was at my sister house

In my previous Personal History was no gaps , but i forgot about this ( i do not know that i have to add this too)
so I decide to add this, but now I'm confused what affect it will be on my application.

I send everything to my VO Warsaw by email, but I don't know if they want an original ?

it is very stressfull for me now. I'm so close :(

The 4 month time spent in uk on paternity I would include that as a specific time in your personal history, but the other two vacations for less than 2 weeks, it isn't necessary to include that as personal history, so if you were still working at those times, just keep it as part of the employed doing retail management (for example) or whatever your profession is :)

I know people scan and email other documents to the visa offices, I'm not sure if the same can be done for an updated form. Other more senior members can let you know about that.

It might be a benefit to also ask the question about submitting an updated form in the Warsaw thread, as those individuals might have experiences directly with this matter and what the Warsaw vo likes.

Thank you Tink23 :)

Maybe anyone can help me with update form , do I have to send in original or just scan and email?

That's what I'm not sure of. I would think you need to send the original form to them, but they might accept a scanned email... Wait for a senior member to respond or ask this question in the thread for applicants from the Warsaw VO.

Good luck!
