Help - CEC too late, apply for FSW

Hello All,

I have given my IELTS and waiting for results to come, also waiting for my 1 year to complete in DEC 13 to apply for PR and get AOR and convert to Open WP.

But i learnt that my employer is not going to extend by closed WP, which expires on 30th Jan 2014 & i have to leave Canada.

So wondering whetehr i should apply for PR under FSW now and convert to open work permit? Would i be able to get the open work permit before mid Jan 2014, in this case?

Do you meet the arraged employment criteria to apply for FSW?

Thanks for asking that question...My job category is 0213 which i do not see in FSW list. Yes i came to canada as International Assignee - Intra company transfer. So wonder whetehr FSW would be helpful to get my WP converted to OPEN.
