I'm an international student came to Canada in 2015 September I did one year post secondary diploma in Montreal I have 5 backlogs by the time I finish my course i.e.2016 September, so took a break for 4 months and started searching for college and course which suits me better. and in January 2017i have joined in matrix college in Montreal by taking 2 years program. now that my CAQ is going to expire on may 30th so I have applied for CAQ on April 4th so i got a problem here!!!!!!! the immigration is asking me why I don't have insurance in the gap 2016 September -2017 January the reason is I'm not into any college at that period of time so please advise me how to write the explanation to the immigration for not having Insurance for that 4 months period......thankyou
