HELP - BOWP Q

Hey,

I am trying to fill out the first section on my CIC account so i can apply for a BOWP as i wait for my PR. Can someone please help me answer the following questions:

- Have you been told by an Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada office that you are approved in principle for permanent residence in Canada? - i have received AOR, awaiting for IP2, not sure to say yes or no?

- Do you have a written job offer? - I have a permanent job however not LIMA approved, do i put yes or no?

Also can someone please say what the difference is between 'Work Permit' and 'Open Work Permit'???

For first 2 question answer is yes
Open work permit is a permit which is open, basically it allows you to work under any employer
