I have my brother living in Manitoba and I like to apply as a skilled worker, I did not finished my college, i took up nursing course and i just finished 1st year since i have to moved to U.S, I have worked experienced there and I go back to philippines and got married, my wife got pregnant while im on my vacation, since I want to see my son, I did not go back anymore to U.S and now I want to apply in Canada for provincial nominee, was my education is enough even though i dont have certification in nursing i only have transcript of records that shows i attended and finished at least 1 year in college.
Any input on this?
