Applicant had study permit which expired in July. Not eligible for PGWP due to private college. Applied for extension of stay before study permit expired. 1 day after study permit expiry, got letter of acceptance from other college. What options are available to apply for study permit? Applicant can't apply from Canada, so if applicant goes to home country to apply for new study permit, will it look bad because they stayed longer than the date of their original study permit Even if they applied for extension before?
