help about POF

I mean will they check my account balance without my knowledge. What I heard people saying is that they can ask one to represent another proof of fund anytime. I have never heard them checking ones balace with the bank. I think they only check the autenticity of the nature of proof of fund , not the fund. I stand to be corrected. i need more comment and help as I only need the money urgently for a short period of time. So I need quick response

CIC does not have any access to any one's personal bank account details. As per my knowledge Banks does not have the practice to disclose the balance or account details to any other person other than the account holder ( or holders ) unless there is a court order in connection with any criminal procedure or government related revenue activities for tax recovery or attchment etc...
