Help about EE OR PNP....

[At the start]

I have got CRS 386 (LRWS-8 7.5 6.5 6) with my spouse coming with me to Canada. I have 1.5 yrs experience in structural engineering and have done my graduate and post graduate in civil engineering? what should I do to improve my score?

Should I apply for ee in 2018 with this score?

Or should I apply for PNP with this score ?

Can anyone suggest me which PNP program would work for me?
