No i don't think 67 points are required for CEC program because last draw cut off 75 who has 75 without education and age above 45 year how they would have completed tge target 67 points . Never possible to achieve 67 points who has only 75 crs scores . It only required for federal skilled worker

for CEC, the minimum entry / eligibility requirements are:
1) one year full time Canadian experience in the past 3 years AND
2) valid language assessment based on your NOC category ( CLB 5 for NOC B and CLB 7 for NOC 0,A)

if you have foreign work experience, you can add it to increase your CRS.
