You have not adequately demonstrated that you meet the requiements of your spouse open work permit pursuant to section 205c(ii) pf the regulation .

If you just applied for an inland spousal sponsorship two weeks ago BUT mention that you were denied a work permit then you are confusing two processes. Simply submitting a spousal application doesn't immediately entitle you to a work permit. The spousal application has to be approved first - until then you don't get any benefit from the spousal sponsorship.

There are no assurances that spouses of international students will be approved for SOWPs
