Unfortunately your family in Canada cannot sponsor you. You will have to qualify to immigrate to Canada on your own. Since you are quite young, you will have to wait until you have finished school and have at least one year of experience before you will be able to apply to immigrate to Canada. You're young, this is a good time to learn a skilled trade and apply under Federal Skilled Worker class. It's almost guaranteed arrival to Canada if you take up jobs such as electrician, plumber, some high demand construction trades.
