My dream - immigrate to Canada is become very dark. Only bcz I can’t and there is no way to get here a BD check in CAN$ . it’s only available for foreign citizen who has and account in CBE. Please I was an eligible applicant with 68 point. Is there is a room to get a permission. my initial application was submitted based on this information. http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/kenya/visas/fees-frais.aspx?lang=eng
Please I need your advice especially from senior please.

Your signature indicates that you submitted your application on Feb 15, 2010. I am assuming that your initial application was sent to Nova Scotia, Canada (CIO) and that you paid the fee at that time. Is that so? What fees are you then paying to the CHC in Kenya? Please clarify,
