Hello, if i will do bachelor's here and then masters from here so it will take time. 10 years from now till the date when i can apply for PR just wondering how much EE can be changed or it can be over? if then i don't think provinces like Manitoba and Saskatchewan will don't need immigrants after 10 years so if EE is not there can we get PR through PNPs? like i don't think PNP will we closing as these provinces will need immigrants for sure. hope you understood what i am trying to say.

It's impossible to guess what immigration will look like in 10 years. They might change a great deal or they might not.

You keep asking this question and not getting an answer. There's a reason for that - it's impossible for anyone to predict the future 10 years from now.
