my child was born in canada and she canadian ,i only lived with my girl friend for 6 month , can she sponsor me as i come to canada as skilled worker (work permit ) for 2 years and i just finish my 14 month .can she sponsor me or we have to live togother for year to be camon-law .

You have to live together for 12 months or get married and then she can sponsor you.
 
If you chose not to marry you would have to wait the full year. You've been working in Canada and depending on what job you've been working and if you have the amount of hours you can also apply in the Canadian Experience Class.

Yes, CEC is an option after you have completed 2 full years of work in a skilled position for the TFW stream. You must have worked at least 1950 hours per year (average of 37.5 hours per week) in order to qualify. If that option is available to you, I would recommend it over family class sponsorship as it is much less subjective than family class.
