I would suggest you wait untill you have PR Visa stamped. I don't know what is the eligibility for your PNP, but again I suggest you wait sometime.

that will depend on under which stream you have been nominated?
if its an employer driven stream then you should wait until you get your PR,this is the best way to avoid unpleasant experiences.
