hi. my hearing with border forces has not been scheduled yet rgd marraige fraud.i did not commit anything wrong or had a bad intention for my ex spouse he sponsered me and divorced me after my landing without giving me a chance to reside with him.pls suggest wat can be asked and wat i shud prepare for with acceptable reasoning for all.

What did he give as the reason for divorcing you? I guess he may try to say that you lied to him about something.

keep all the proof you can supporting yourself so that any falsehoods can be proven in your favor,he will need to prove that you misled him...he divorced you,make it clear YOUR intentions were pure and mabey misled by him.Cases are allowed and disallowed usually based on a real relationship evaluation...if you know alot about him and he knows very little about you-it should be clear to them who was misled-good luck
