Health insurance requirements

Hi,

I'm hoping someone has previous experience and can help, I'm currently in B.C. on the IEC program and looking to apply for a second visa. My issue is regarding the entry requirements around health care. As I'm already in B.C and registered with MSP, I can't find any insurance company that covers you for 2 years if you are also covered by MSP - has anyone experienced this? Any solutions?

When I applied for IEC originally I bought two lots of 12 months insurance. I found one that would allow me to select the start date further than 12 months from the date.

Thanks, the issue isn't about finding travel health insurance for 2 years as such, it is the issue of not being able to be registered with MSP and get the insurance by Canadian provider - more convenient to deal with a Canadian provider.
