health cover in manitoba..

i recently got student visa and i am intended to fly in april. i have breathing problem and doctors says you will have to pass to medical operation when you will be of 21 years .but when i will be of 21 years i will be in canada so i want to know that is my medical operation will be cover by Manitoba health ...............

As a student, you should be covered under Manitoba health. You would simply go to the doctor with your problem and ask him to refer you to a specialist. If the specialist agrees with your doctor back home that you need surgery, you will get it.

No, health care in Canada either covers you or not. They do not look at which problems were pre-existing.
