A week ago we were told by IRCC that my spouse needed to submit an additional document, either by uploading it or through the mail. We finally managed to link our application to our online account but when we clicked the link to upload documents, it said no additional documents have been requested. As such there's nowhere we can actually upload them on the site.
Did anyone else have a similar problem? What did you do?
