I am having trouble uploading my photo to the PR portal. I have both digital jpeg and png files of the photo from a professional photographer that meets the pixel requirements and is under file size limits. There are no issues with brightness or shadows.

Every time, I follow the instructions exactly to size it (ensuring my head is in between the lines and chin touching the bottom of the circle). But when I click “apply”, I get a “file did not upload” message. However, what is even more strange is that even though I get a ‘file did not upload message’ I have signed out then signed back into my account and sometimes it shows my photo is ‘in review with IRCC’ (even though I received the ‘file did not upload’ message) and other times, when I sign in, the photo is not there. Finally the page also doesn’t allow us to click the “submit documents” button.

I just see a red circle with a line through it. Which makes me assume that even though I sometimes log on and see the photo is ‘in review with IRCC’, it’s not actually being reviewed. Is anyone else experiencing these sorts of issues? I’ve cleared my cache and cookies, tried several different browsers, and nothing seems to be working. I still cannot upload the photo.
