Same thing here!

been trying to access MyCIC since last Friday 14/9/2016 with no luck. Right after logged in and when clicked on "Continue" it gives me "Internal Server Error 500".

I cleared my cached files, changed browsers, changed device, even changed internet connection and the same error still comes up every time!

The most annoying thing is, I received an email from CIC yesterday and can't even view the update on my account because of that 500 Error >:(

+1) How have you solved it? But I really doubt that it can be solved somehow by us, usual users of that website. It's a system error and requires internal work.

It still isn't working for me. I have absolutely no idea what they are doing about it. It has been almost a week since this stopped working for many of us.

I just tried to log in to my account nd it worked smoothly. So give it a few hours and try to log in and it should be just fine :):):)

Yes, I was just able to log in, the first time since last Friday.
