Having issue to upload singapore pcc

Hello guys need your urgent help

I m trying to upload my Singapore pcc, but I have difficulty because there is an option to mention issue and expire date of Singapore pcc. When I scroll down year box there is no option for 2016 . Only it has till 2015, so I m wondering what year should I mentioned... Because Singapore issued pcc on March 1 2016, n I don't know what is expiration date of that pcc , kindly help me out guys.

What option do you mean? I submitted my eAPR yesterday and there was only one upload in which I uploaded 1 pdf having both the Indian as well as the singaporean COC

Ur SG PCC have have u successfully uploaded? Coz i linked my application to cic online and all the requesting documents must upload thru my cic account...
