Haven't sent "use of a representative Form - IMM5476"- does it means incomplete?

Hi all,

I'm worried this time again. I've sent my application without the "use of a representative form - IMM5476" to CIC (which reached on 24th june), as I did all by myself, n didn't have a representative/consulate. Does that means my application is incomplete???

We are submitting our full documents tomorrow, we are not sending this form, however we are going to clearly write "N/A" on both checklists next to the checkbox to make it clear that we are not using a representative.

Its even ok if you leave the column empty in the checklist for what you are not sending.

In the context of nepal only applicants who file their application through Everest immigration( Panipokhari), WWICS ( Kamaladi)and Mahavir ( Baneshwor) fill this form not any others. so don't worry.
