Have you appplied for Express entry before?

Hello All,

I answered yes for having a certificate of qualification in my profile because I have been licensed to practice with the College of Early Childhood education. Is this a wrong move? I see that the Certificate of qualification applies to skilled trades but not sure if this applies to me. (I did not get points for it anyway).

i am applying for express entry. I had applied twice before couple of years back - my first application expired in the pool and my second application i took back. now that i am applying the question I am yet again confused about is "have I applied for express entry before?'.. what should my answer be? since i never got an ITA should it be NO?
