Hi, I am a software engineer living in US and have Green Card. I have Pakistani passport and my wife is US citizen. I am awaiting US Citizenship interview and not sure how long the wait is as the application is still in process. I am trying to find out the information and so i can apply the Canada immigration. Can someone please suggest which program Fed Skilled Worker or Express to choose from and provide some starting guidance and any recommendations given my situation above. How long does it take if some one applies from US being a Pakistani? Thank you everyone for help!

It is the same average processing time wherever you apply from, being in the US gives you no advantage. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/
With Express entry, you can get Canadian PR in six months at the maximum. Many do get much earlier, but I have noticed that it does take bit longer for Pakistan citizens. But six months maximum in worst case because they have sla for that.
By the by do you have any problems being in green card? People generally from US move to Canada only if they don't get green card. Canada is nowhere close to US in terms of job opportunities , and has lower wages, much higher taxes and cost of living.
