Have trouble to apply the work permit about personal reference code

I am apply to extend the work permit as a protected person in Canada.
I already login the my service in Canada GCKey account and select the apply to come to Canada.
But I could not find the "personal reference code" on the document.
where can I find the personal reference code?

Just click “I don’t have a personal reference code” at the bottom of the page.

Just go to any community center which helps newcomers and refugees they will assist you right away
I had the same issue before
Look in Google map for nearest center

Did they help you? What docs did they ask for? Did they show you how to do it
