Have not received AOR2 from Hong Kong Visa Office, is this normal?

Hi everyone, as the subject suggests, we still have not received AOR2 from Hong Kong visa office yet. I am just posting to see if anyone else has encountered the same problem? Is this normal?

Our Application was submitted on June 22nd. SA approval was on August 24th, via email. And that was the last we have heard from CIC. ECAS is not updated still, both Sponsor and Applicant status is showing "In Progress". We also never received SA (letter? I assume) in the mail.

Post your question to the Hong kong VO thread...they will tell u if it's normal or not. Not all VOs send out AOR2.
