Have not received AOR - when to start worrying and what to do about it?

Hey all,

So I submitted my wife's inland PR application which was received Feb. 8th. We have heard nothing since then. According to the spreadsheet more than half of the Feb 2021 applicants have received AOR's, most of them with applications received after ours was. I have tried contacting them by phone but the system wants a file number and I do not have one. From what I gather there is no way for them to even update us because we do not have an application number.

So what are you supposed to do in this situation? Sit back, wait month after month, and hope to hear something?

THat's only 3 months since it was received. Nobody know why some people get it sooner than you. Can be a couple months yet. Hard to do but you have to try and relax, give it more time, nothing really unusual with your timeline.
