Have I sponsored before If I came to Canada under the Skilled Worker category?

Hi anyone, have I sponsored before if I came to Canada under the Skilled Worker Category with my family and I was the Prinipal Applicant? I eventually divorced in Canada and is now married to an Asian whom I plan to sponsor under the "Sponsoring a Spouse" category. The baisc question is if I have sponsored before.

No, an accompanying spouse of a principal applicant from an economic class application is not a sponsored spouse.

Thanks for the reply. forgot to say that I had 3 kids with me going to Canada at that time together with my former spouse. Does the same thing apply that I did not sponsor my kids? thanks in advance
