I just received my Green card 2 months ago, also I received my CSQ from Quebec 3 months ago. I am planning to send my application to CIC bufallo. with green card I can not bring my fiance from Lebanon, but if i have landed immigrant, after 6 months I can bring her to canada and have her apply for F1 from canada with fianacial aid from canada to study in the US.
